Treasury Supervisor, London - 12-month maternity contract

QA Higher Education, Hybrid 2 - 3 days working from home, fulltime, Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm (flexible)

About our role: As Treasury Supervisor, you will be leading a small and busy team supervising the maintenance of our banking and treasury functions, completion of bank reconciliation, payment/invoicing postings, investigating unreconciled transactions, and dealing with month-end duties.

Here's a flavour of what's involved:

1. Analysing and presenting data in clear and concise format.
2. Database Management.
3. Understanding of bank reconciliation for QAHE bank accounts.
4. Support the wider credit control team in communications with students, bank reconciliations, ledger accounting, and other data analysis.
5. Working within set SLAs and escalating to the line manager where these are threatened.
6. Bank postings responsibilities during busy periods to help other team members meet SLAs.
7. Invoicing duties on a quarterly basis.
8. Month-end reconciliation and tidy ups.

Bring your experience:

1. Proven high-level communication skills.
2. Experience of using CRM and accounting database desirable.
3. Understanding of Microsoft Office systems and basic level competencies.
4. Self-motivated and driven.
5. Versatile and flexible to adapt to new tasks.
6. Calm and composed approach to maintain a positive attitude in high-stress environments.
