Treasury Systems Manager

Description: The Treasury Systems Manager will champion best practice across all aspects of the Treasury platforms, and will build and nurture strong working relationships with the Treasury teams and software vendors. The role requires a functional and technical expert proficient in treasury systems management, who can ensure system stability and reliability, efficiency, and compliance with audit and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Years Experience: 5 Years

1. Experience: Proven experience in managing treasury systems, particularly FIS Quantum, and other peripheral systems.
2. Technical Skills: Strong technical proficiency with treasury management systems and related technologies.
3. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing system issues.
4. Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
5. Project Management: Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver projects successfully.
6. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Areas of Responsibility:

1. Management of FIS Quantum: Oversee the operation and maintenance of the core Treasury Platform (FIS Quantum) ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
2. Maintain and manage a detailed Treasury Systems workstack.
3. Act as SME for Quantum EWF and Analytics.
4. Coordinate patching/upgrade activities, and associated UAT.
5. Manage and integrate other treasury-related systems to ensure seamless operation and data flow across treasury platforms.
