With a long-standing history of excellence, this firm is committed to providing top-tier advice and support across various legal matters, including trust and estate management.
Key Responsibilities:- Trust Administration: Manage a portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries efficiently.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of trusts, including preparing accounts, tax returns, and investment reviews.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all trust activities comply with relevant laws, trust deeds, wills, and governing documents.
- Advisory Services: Offer expert advice on trust structuring, estate planning, and related matters to clients and colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the private client team and other departments to ensure a seamless service for clients.
- Professional Development: Stay informed of changes in trust law and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in trust management or a related field within legal or financial services.
- Professional qualifications such as STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of trust law, estate planning, and tax implications.
