Trustteam Luxembourg SA - IT EUC Senior Consultant

We are looking for an End User Computing (EUC) Consultant (Expert) to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in desktop Virtualisation (VDI) environments, as well as mastery of key industry tools, including VMware Horizon (Omnissa Horizon and Uag).

Tasks

• Expertise in VMware Horizon (including Omnissa Horizon, the new VMware Horizon) for designing, setting up and optimising the VDI infrastructure
• Expertise in Unified Access GateWay (Uag) for designing, setting up and optimising the VDI infrastructure
• Create and deploy the GPO for the newly created environment
• Deploy the VDIs to the newly created environment
• End-user device management: Implementation, configuration and maintenance of VDI solutions to ensure an optimal working environment for end-users
• Technical support and optimisation: Monitoring the performance and stability of End User Computing environments, as well as resolving incidents and user requests

Profile required

• At least 7 to 10 years' experience in a similar role
• Strong ability to adapt and learn, with excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Professional French and English

Skills required:

• Proficiency in VMware Horizon (Omnissa Horizon) and Uags, with solid experience in implementing, managing and optimising VDI solutions
• Experience in creating and deploying GPOs in a VDI environment
• Good knowledge of Windows environments and deployment automation tools
• Ability to analyse and resolve technical problems in a complex environment
• Thoroughness and ability to work as part of a team
