Trustteam Luxembourg SA - System Solutions - IT System Administrator

As a System Administrator, you will be part of the Operations department of System Solutions by Trustteam.
Missions carried out by this department covers a wide range of activities like: Project delivery, Consultancy mission, Maintenance contract, Support contract, Managed services.

Your responsibilities will be

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services
• Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
• Follow-up and update customer status and information
• Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Job profile
Technical skills:

• You have min. a bachelor's degree or an equivalent field's experience
• At least 1-year experience in system administration, preferably by an ICT services' provider
• You have a good general knowledge in some of the following areas:
  • Microsoft technology (Windows OS, Active Directory, Exchange)
  • Virtualization technology (VMware, Citrix)
  • Monitoring technology
• Infrastructure domain (Storage, computing, networking)
• Any IT certification will be considered as an asset
• You have a real passion for IT
• You have experience with pre-Sales activities
• You are used to work in a project management framework
