Job Description

The Role

As our Senior Paid Social Account Manager you will be working with some of our biggest and best clients; managing and brainstorming innovative campaigns from start to finish as well as managing an Account Executive, helping them develop and ensuring tasks are delivered to a high standard.

You will have the opportunity to test and trial new initiatives with our clients and the wider business. While the main focus is on Paid Social, you will also get the opportunity to work closely alongside our Paid Search and Programmatic teams and learn how all these channels work collectively with a holistic strategy. You'll also gain exposure to channels such as SEO and Affiliates and work with brands running ATL activity.

You will be instrumental in designing and planning account strategy, identifying new opportunities in line with client goals, and working with Client Directors to develop roadmaps across different channels, helping to grow your accounts.

You'll also be expected to contribute to the direction and development of the Social team, being involved in hiring new team members and getting involved with new business pitches.

In addition to encouraging your team's development, we want you to continue to develop and learn with us. That might be through implementing Betas, experimenting with innovative new strategies, helping to grow our integrated Paid Social, Search and Programmatic offerings, taking the lead on joint projects with Meta or getting involved with the creation of new in-house tech tools. We encourage all our Account Managers to grow and become our future leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the Client relationship for Paid Social
  • Lead on the creation of Paid Social strategies for our clients
  • Oversee the running of your Paid Social accounts to ensure they are running to the highest standard
  • Feeding into the development of our Paid Social best practice, tests & processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure our Paid Social strategy fits into the wider client strategy
  • Management and Team Development of your Account Executive and any future team members
  • Identifying new opportunities for technology and 3rd parties to feed into our Social Strategies
  • Supporting on new business proposals

Key skills

  • Have at least 4-6 years worth of experience within Paid Social, as well as having a passion for all things Paid Social!
  • Experience managing Paid Social budgets of at least £1 million a year
  • You have experience with Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Pinterest and other social platforms.
  • Have a strong commercial understanding and can spot new opportunities for your clients and Incubeta
  • You want to be involved in all areas of the campaigns, driving performance and working with a range of clients.
  • You want exposure to other channels (SEO, Paid Search, Display, Amazon)
  • You're a fun, passionate team player and a strong communicator with clients!
  • You have retail and ecommerce account experience
