Underwriter (NQ - 2) M&A Insurance

We are looking to speak to a Corporate Associate (NQ - 4 PQE) interested in transitioning into the M&A insurance underwriting market. Joining a highly experienced team of M&A Underwriters who hold backgrounds from top-tier M&A practices, you will assess submissions received via the global transactional risks broking community and underwrite transactions governed by UK law. The team is considered the go-to for complex deals and, with an international platform, are the first choice for cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Assess submissions from the global transactional risks broking community.
2. Underwrite transactions governed by UK law.
3. Work within a team of experienced M&A Underwriters.
