Salary: £25,000 basic with commission per vehicle and product sale

Are you an experienced car Sales Consultant who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable sales track record? Or do you currently work in a Sales role in a different sector and want to join the motor industry?

We are currently looking for a Used Car Sales Consultant to join our busy Sales department in Shoreham-by-Sea.

As a focused and self-motivated individual, you will take great pride in your ability to maximize sales and profit opportunities, whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the sale of used cars and vans, finance, and additional products including extended warranty, paint protection, and service plans.
2. Manage the handover of sold vehicles, ensuring the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls.
3. Maintain regular contact with new and existing customers to ensure strong relationships are maintained.
4. Accurately create and maintain customer information and vehicle documentation comprehensively.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a Sales role is essential, with experience selling used vehicles highly desired.
2. A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary and Benefits:

PLUS: Commission per vehicle sale and per extra product sale (extended warranty, paint protection, service plans, etc.). A company car is included.

Commission from selling used cars from stock ensures you're paid commission on the vehicles you sell when you sell them.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm (4 days)
Saturday 9:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 4:00pm (on a 1 in 3 rota)

Holiday:
20 days holiday per annum.
