User Researcher I Knutsford I Financial Services

We are working with a great consultancy who are on the ookout for a UX Researcher to join one of their Financial Services clients. The role is due to start in March until the end of June.

You will need to be in Knutsford 2/3 days per week and the day rate is £313/day Inside IR35.

Experience:

• Hands-on experience with: behavioral and ethnographic research, iterative lab/guerrilla usability testing, tree testing, benchmarking, remote/online testing (eg Optimal workshop), survey design and analysis
• Solid skills in wireframing & rapid prototyping using Axure, InVision etc
• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical abilities, with first-rate attention to detail and presentation skills
• Stakeholder interviews and management
• Deep understanding of user journeys, personas, user stories, task modelling, usability and human-centered design
• Experience of working closely with UX, visual designers and developers, to drive effective user research
• Workshop: Discovery, requirements gathering and co-creation
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design in general

Desirable

Agency background
Experience in financial sector
Good working knowledge of AGILE software (eg Rally/AGILE Central, Jira, Confluence)
Understanding of web and mobile technical development (eg HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Android, iOS)
