We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our Digital Design Team within UK Customer. This role is crucial as we continue to enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement. You will be working on innovative projects that directly contribute to our purpose of helping build financial resilience, moving fairly to a sustainable world, and strengthening the mutual choice for customers.

About the role

  1. Collaborate with Senior UX Designers to shape inclusive customer experiences and design unified customer journeys across channels and touchpoints.
  2. Work with digital designers and key stakeholders to develop research strategies and translate findings into actionable insights.
  3. Support the establishment of baseline experiences and evaluate user responses to design changes to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Develop and maintain design wireframes that clearly articulate UX requirements.
  5. Facilitate the design and delivery of consistent components, interaction, and behavioural patterns across digital products and services.
  6. Support the delivery and adoption of our Design System to maintain a common design and development approach across all digital touchpoints.

About you

  1. A good understanding of usability, research methodologies, information architecture, and interaction design.
  2. Knowledge of adaptive web design and mobile-first thinking.
  3. Knowledge of accessibility standards and user-centred design.
  4. Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools.
  5. Relevant qualifications in research or human-computer interaction.
  6. Basic understanding of agile methodology.
  7. Strong pro-active and results-oriented attitude.
  8. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders and be comfortable with challenging opinions.
