Job Title: UX Designer

Location: Bradford (Hybrid - 2 days in-office, 3 days remote)

Salary: Up to £40,000

Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented UX Designer to join a well-established and growing business. Working within a collaborative UX team, you will contribute to refining the overall UX strategy, identifying key areas for improvement, and driving a user-centric approach across all aspects of product design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Carry out research to analyze user behavior, needs, and challenges, using data-driven insights to shape effective design solutions.
2. Develop wireframes, user journeys, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma to create seamless and engaging digital experiences.
3. Partner with stakeholders, developers, and analysts to ensure UX designs align with both user expectations and business objectives.
4. Play a key role in shaping and refining a cohesive Design Language and System, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
5. Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to continuously enhance usability, streamline workflows, and improve overall user experience.

Key Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in UX design or a similar role, with a strong ability to analyze and improve user experiences.
2. Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma and Photoshop, with experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
3. Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure, effectively managing time and resources.
4. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and awareness of emerging UX trends, ensuring designs align with business and user needs.
