Vice President, Technology Investment Banking - Berlin/Frankfurt

You will:

• Lead complex deal executions and contribute significantly towards business development.
• Engage with leading industry players on transformative deals that shape the tech landscape.
• Navigate cross-border mergers & acquisitions by leveraging deep technical expertise alongside sharp financial acumen.
• Provide training and support to other members of the team.
• Prepare company marketing materials and relevant documentation (financial models, investment memorandum, investor presentations.)
• Assist clients in relevant sub-sectors (software, fintech, digital services and marketplaces).

Relevant skills required include:

• Technology Insight: Profound understanding of current trends in software technologies which is crucial when advising clients about potential investments or identifying growth opportunities through mergers & acquisitions.
• Investment Banking Expertise: Demonstrable experience with transaction execution processes along with strategic assessment abilities are essential for success in brokering significant deals within this competitive field.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and German (fluency in written and verbal).
• Communication: Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with an innovative mindset.
