Your role at Kittl
As a Visual Designer, working in Kittl's Marketing team, you will design exceptionally engaging graphics to help Kittl to communicate a consistent and on-brand message to the design world, in both graphic and motion design. You'll use your creative flair and mastery to design a wide array of branding and marketing materials (2D, Motion) for both print and digital that resonate with Kittl's rapidly growing audiences.

What you'll do
Create engaging visuals: Work with product and social media teams (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.) to develop graphics for feature launches, landing pages, and in-app content
Craft impactful designs: Design both motion and static graphics that effectively showcase Kittl's product value propositions
Deliver high-quality designs: Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines, maintaining quality and consistency while meeting deadlines
Leverage data for design: Partner with data analysts to interpret user insights and translate them into actionable design improvements
Collaborate for consistency: Work closely with product and growth teams to implement innovative designs while ensuring consistency in messaging across all platforms
What you'll need
Experience: 3+ years of experience in SaaS and/or branding agencies, delivering high-quality design for marketing
Portfolio: A diverse and impactful portfolio showcasing your expertise in marketing design-especially in typography, fonts, motion design, web design for landing pages, and illustration
Design skills: Expertise in design principles, typography, color theory, and user-centered design, with a solid understanding of motion graphics
Tools & software: Proficient in Adobe After Effects and Figma; video editing and animation skills are a plus
Data-driven mindset: Ability to interpret KPIs and metrics, ensuring designs contribute to measurable success
Soft skills: A proactive communicator and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally, taking initiative, and solving problems creatively
