About the role

We're looking for a creative force. Someone who would relish the opportunity to take on, build and grow a visual brand identity.

Your keen eye for detail and natural aesthetic sensibility will help us push our creative work to new heights, while your collaborative spirit ensures you can work seamlessly with colleagues across departments.

You know your way around the entire Adobe Creative Suite and have a deep understanding of design principles that you apply thoughtfully to each project. More than just technical skills, you bring a natural curiosity and eagerness to explore new creative directions, balanced with the pragmatism to work within brand guidelines and deliver on deadlines.

We're looking for someone who can read between the lines of a brief to understand the deeper objectives, someone who isn't afraid to speak up and offer their expertise across all things design but can also take on feedback and work to tight deadlines.

What you'll be doing

• Leading the evolution of Quinyx's brand and creative assets, with innovative solutions, working across multiple channels and markets in Europe and the US.
• Delivering compelling designs and templates for a broad range of touchpoints such as campaigns, website, marketing materials, images, short and long form video, motion design and more as required.
• Setting out, protecting and helping to grow our visual brand identity.
• Handling large and small scale design projects with consistency and a creative eye to help bring Quinyx to life through creative design.

What you'll bring to the team

• You are a creative and collaborative visual designer with amazing design and video skills.
• Previous flashy job titles are not crucial, we're looking for talent and passion here and a hunger to own and maintain a brand identity.
• Advanced knowledge across the Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, FinalCut, Illustrator etc.
• Experience across all aspects of design and brand identity management.
• Creative, quick and curious with immaculate attention to detail.
• The ability to turn a brief around quickly and effectively.
• Live and breathe brand and design.
