Vivid Resourcing - DevOps Engineer

We're working with a scale-up client in the Renewable Energy sector, looking to grow their team further with a motivated individual who is passionate about the environment. They have just received some Series-A funding and moved into a brand new office, alongside having some expansive growth plans for 2025.
They are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support the development team in implementing their cloud strategy. The role is part of a collaborative team of developers, a Product Manager, and a Product Designer, focusing on practical development solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, including provisioning and scaling
• Enhance the CI/CD pipeline and define the CI/CD strategy
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment
• Collaborate with developers on applications built with Node.js, Laravel, React, and PostgreSQL
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot reliability issues
• Ensure infrastructure security and maintain best practices

Qualifications & skills

• Proven experience in a DevOps role
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and pipeline development
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and similar tools
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code (e.g., TerraForm)
• Degree in IT or related field
• Fluency in French and English
• Interest in the company's sustainability mission
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
