As VP Sales at Sinpex, you will play a key role in our growth journey by scaling our sales organization. We are looking for a hands-on leader with an analytical and structured approach - someone who can build effective processes, motivate the team, and drive performance. In this role, you will take full ownership of elevating our sales team to the next level, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term success. Reporting directly to our CEO, you will shape and execute our sales strategy to position Sinpex as the global leader in KYB SaaS.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead & Develop the Sales Team - Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive Strategic Sales Excellence - Develop and implement scalable sales strategies to ensure long-term growth.
  • Consultative Sales Approach - Work closely with B2B clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Market Expansion & Business Development - Identify and acquire new customers, partnerships, and sales channels.
  • Key Account Management & Deal Closing - Take ownership of high-impact deals from negotiation to closing.
  • Data-Driven Sales Management - Analyze key performance metrics and continuously optimize sales processes.
  • Budget Planning & Control - Manage and oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align sales efforts.
What You Will Need:
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in strategic sales , ideally with a consulting background (e.g., in a consultancy or an analytically driven sales role).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS or Financial Services.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills - you can confidently engage with C-level clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience in building & coaching teams - you are a strong leader who can develop sales talent and drive performance.
  • Hands-on mentality & entrepreneurial mindset - you don't just create strategies; you actively execute.
  • Fluent in German and English , with strong negotiation skills in both languages.
  • Based in Munich - you already live here or are willing to relocate to join our team in this beautiful city.
