This role based at Bramble Court sits within our award-winning brand, Caterplus, one of the UK's leading catering services specialising in the care sector. What you'll be doing
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Check on customers regularly and respond to any additional needs
- Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
What can you bring?
- Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
