Job Description

Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 2:30pm, 15 hours per week

£12.60 per hour

This role based at Bramble Court sits within our award-winning brand, Caterplus, one of the UK's leading catering services specialising in the care sector. What you'll be doing

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner
  • Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about the menu
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Check on customers regularly and respond to any additional needs
  • Process payments, handle cash, and operate POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service

What can you bring?

  • Prior experience in food service is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
