Provide clinical and managerial leadership to the nursing and multi-professional team within Endoscopy. This includes acting as a clinical leader and an expert practitioner for a specific team of nurses within Endoscopy - liaising, guiding and advising the multidisciplinary team and external agencies in the provision of optimum patient care.

Job responsibilitiesAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 post to join our Endoscopy department. The Endoscopy Unit currently has five procedure rooms in Exeter and delivers a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in the specialties of Gastro-intestinal medicine and surgery, colo-rectal surgery, respiratory medicine, and urology.
We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals interested in further developing a career in endoscopy. The successful candidates must be able to lead and organise a team to deliver a high standard of patient-centred care. Experience in Endoscopy is essential.
Working Pattern: 1x 07:30-18:30, 1x 08:00-17:00, 2x 08:00-18:00
