Weekend Hi-Tech Sales Consultant

We are currently looking to add additional high-calibre Pro Audio Sales Consultants to join our Retail Team in Guildford. Candidates need to be fully focused on delivering pre and post-sale advice to our in-store and online customers. We are looking for someone who understands our customers and can help them find the perfect solution to their needs. You must possess excellent product and brand knowledge of Hi-Tech products and will need a desire to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service.

You will want to work in a customer-focused environment. You will be personable and possess an outgoing nature with good communication skills. Previous experience in a retail sales or similar environment is preferred.

• Outstanding knowledge of the brands and equipment within the Hi-tech/Pro Audio Department.
• Ability to explain the differences between the brands and help our customers by giving great independent advice relevant to the customer's requirements.
• Ability to demonstrate the products to a good standard and identify the features and benefits that are relevant to the customer.
• The ability to react to challenges while remaining calm.
• Previous experience in retail sales or similar environments is preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately.

Contract Type: Part Time
Working Hours: 9am - 6pm Saturday, 10.45am - 5pm Sunday
