We are seeking a proactive and highly organised individual with strong communication, leadership and strategic planning abilities. As the Wholesale Operations Executive, you will cultivate relationships with retail and distribution partners, drive brand awareness through product launches and promotional activities and work closely with company leadership to uphold brand values and vision.
- Oversee key wholesale accounts across multiple global markets, including direct-to-consumer, distributors, e-commerce and physical retail stores.
- Execute and manage retail business strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Develop tailored plans to enhance brand visibility and maximise sales.
- Act as the primary liaison for customer inquiries, ensuring effective communication via email, phone, and social media.
- Coordinate promotional calendars and support account campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Plan and execute promotions with a focus on profitability, volume, and margin.
- Assess sales data and provide insights to internal teams and retail partners.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on new product launches, packaging initiatives and research.
- Work alongside operations to manage inventory forecasting and demand planning.
- Keep retail partners informed with regular updates and content planning.
- Identify and establish new business partnerships.
- Organise brand events and serve as a brand representative within retail networks.
- Strong track record in beauty sales and account management.
- Experience managing luxury retail accounts.
- Passion for the beauty and skincare industry.
- Confident and proactive approach to relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Highly professional and polished presentation.
