Key Responsibilities

1. Managing a diverse caseload involving wills, trusts, probate, Court of Protection matters, and lasting powers of attorney.
2. Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
3. Working collaboratively within a small team to deliver exceptional client service.
4. Supporting the team with more complex cases and contributing to the overall growth and success of the department.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in wills, probate, and estates matters.
2. Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, and estate planning.
3. Excellent client care skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
4. A proactive, detail-oriented approach to managing cases.
5. Willingness to undertake STEP exams (paid for by the firm) to further develop expertise.
