Park Hyatt London River Thames offers 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the wine lounge, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience at all times.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance profitability, and elevate the overall lounge offering.
• Lead the training and development of team members, with a strong focus on wine education, service excellence, and meaningful guest engagement.
• Drive recruitment efforts to build a team of passionate, skilled professionals who align with the lounge's culture of excellence and hospitality.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation, regularly introducing fresh concepts to enrich the guest experience and keep the lounge offering dynamic.
• Work closely with the culinary team to design and refine thoughtful wine pairings for seasonal menus and exclusive events.
• Remain at the forefront of industry trends, wine releases, and market insights to continuously evolve and elevate the wine program.

About You

Proven experience in luxury food and beverage operations, with strong leadership and management skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. A passion and deep understanding of wine is essential.
