WISE Project Support Officer

Location:Primarily remote, with regular travel to HMP Send (Surrey). Applicants must live close enough for easy commuting

Hours: 16 hours per week

Start Date- ASAP, Fixed term until end of February 2026

Purpose of the role - This role will involve directly delivering business start-up support to women with convictions, engaging with both women and prison staff to promote self-employment initiatives, and contributing to broader system-level change efforts. The WISE Project Support Officer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive and tailored self-employment support to women at HMP Send, as well as facilitating remote support for women in the community. This part-time role is crucial for guiding and empowering women to embark on their entrepreneurial journey and achieve sustainable self-employment.
