Women's Outerwear / Wovens Designer

A fantastic role has become available to join a very solid and vertical factory-owned supplier as a private label women's outerwear designer, due to continued success and expansion.

Reporting to the head of wovens and focusing largely on outerwear products across casual and formal, you will also cover some soft woven and tailoring ranges for your customers. Day to day, you will be researching trends inclusive of shopping trips and executing commercial and fashion-forward designs with your retailers in mind.

The role will be well suited to a trend-driven high street women's outerwear designer, willing to cover other woven areas and possessing a versatile handwriting. You will also have at least three years of experience designing at another supplier or high street retailer. You will be used to working at pace and have a good understanding of a variety of woven fabrications, with the opportunity to work with a renowned team in China regarding fabric development.
