What You'll Do

BCG's Global BST Engagement working student will support our engagement, communications and program management across topics in the Business Services Team (BST), including key employee programs such as People Manager Enablement, Performance Management (PDG), Learning Month and other priority HR initiatives targeting our non- consulting employees. Therefore, a confident and collaborative communicator and project manager with a desire to learn is required.

YOU'RE GOOD AT

  • Supporting projects, and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization
  • Creating presentations using PowerPoint, abstracts and work plans
  • Writing content for various internal communication channels including emails, newsletters, and microsite
  • Creativity and problem solving
  • Attention to detail
  • Data analysis and analytics
  • Challenging traditional thinking and pushing for better outcomes

You will have the opportunity to work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and up to 40 hours per week during vacation periods. This role is flexible and can be adapted to fit personal, academic, and professional commitments. The position is temporary, with a minimum duration of 18 months and a maximum of 24 months. You must be an enrolled student at a local university.

  • Prior work experience preferred

BCG's Global BST People Engagement team with colleagues spread across the US, Spain, UK, and Germany! The team works to deliver communications, enablement and experience programs for our Business Services Teams.
