Job Title: Workshop Supervisor
Location: Clevedon
Hours: 40 hours per week Monday - Friday
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 depending on experience
Contract Type: Permanent

My Client is attached to the drainage and waste water sectors and currently has an immediate need for a Workshop Supervisor to support their Clevedon-based operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Covering a range of workshop-based tasks focused on the service and maintenance of site-based monitoring equipment such as:

• Basic electrical wire checks
• Soldering repairs
• Calibrating and repairing
• Battery checks
• Inventory management
• Supervising a small team of technicians
• Ensuring equipment is correctly serviced, repaired, and maintained

This role would suit an experienced workshop technician or someone who has had basic electrical/electronic repairs experience looking to use and develop these skills and step up into a supervisory role. Candidates from facilities maintenance, manufacturing, or field service engineering backgrounds (such as white goods or any equipment that has wiring) are also encouraged to apply.

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established company with over 15 offices nationwide. You will be based in the Clevedon workshop where you will work Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week.

This role pays £30,000-£35,000 depending on experience + package.
