We work and have very well-established relationships with the globe's leading FinTechs i.e., quant funds, hedge funds, software development firms, prop/systematic/diversified trading firms, and award-winning startups!

Key responsibilities of the role

1. Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements.
2. Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals.
3. Proactively seek new business opportunities & generate leads.

1. Proven recruitment experience in our markets/similar verticals that show you can shape and attract top passive talent.
2. Solid billing/placements history and role longevity.
3. Comprehensive market knowledge and strong commercial awareness.
4. Demonstrable evidence of delivering a service based on integrity.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication and people skills.
