Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
2. Handle customer inquiries, renewals, and contract-related questions.
3. Process orders, maintain customer records, and coordinate with internal teams.
4. Assist with invoicing, collections, and maintaining pricing documentation.
5. Support customer onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.

Skills/Must have:

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, etc.).
2. Experience with CRM or sales software (Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
3. A proactive, customer-focused mindset with the ability to multitask.
