Key Responsibilties

This role involves working closely with clients to develop tailored strategies across:

• Microsoft 365 & Endpoint Management - Intune, Autopilot, Configuration Manager, Windows 11 deployment, and security best practices.
• Collaboration & Productivity - Promoting adoption of Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• End-User Security & Compliance - Implementing Zero Trust frameworks, identity management, and device security.
• Cloud-Based End-User Computing - Delivering virtual desktop solutions with Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Citrix.

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in Modern Workplace / End User Compute consultancy or solution delivery.
• Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, and endpoint security.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders to define and implement end-user strategies.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (such as MS-102, MD-102, AZ-140) are a plus.
• Passion for innovation and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
