Responsibilities:

1. Act at L2/3 Support and troubleshoot network and firewall devices
2. Update, reconfigure, replace and deploy Network and Firewall Devices
3. Consult with customers during network issues
4. Act as a firewall SME

Skills/Must have:

1. Strong Firewall Administration and Support experience
2. Strong Network Administration and support experience
3. Fortinet experience preferred
4. Aruba Clearpass experience is a bonus
5. MSP and MSSP experience preferred
