As a Compliance Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the firm adheres to regulatory and legal requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting conflict of interest checks and assisting in the resolution of complex conflicts.

• Reviewing and processing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Client (KYC) documentation.

• Supporting the new client and matter intake process, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

• Monitoring and responding to compliance queries from lawyers and staff.

• Assisting with compliance training and policy updates.

At least 6 months of experience in AML, Conflicts, or Compliance within alaw firm.
Strong knowledge ofSRA regulations, AML procedures, and conflict resolution.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
A proactive, professional, anddiscreet approach to compliance matters.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to liaise with legal professionals at all levels.
