Responsibilities:

• Provide quick and efficient support to users for desktop PCs, products, and services, mostly during regular business hours, with occasional shifts and on-call availability.
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues.
• Forward unresolved IT tickets to other specialized departments.
• Independently monitor service status, such as ticket resolution time.
• Promptly install and uninstall hardware and software using available installation tools.
• Serve as an interface between users, the Service Desk, and external suppliers.
• Conduct hardware and software testing using available diagnostic tools.
• Document current hardware inventory.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Approximately 1 year of professional IT support experience, or verifiable personal experience and strong interest in IT.
• Experience with common operating systems.
• Familiarity with common applications (MS Office).
• Basic knowledge of ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Networking knowledge (connecting PCs and network devices, like printers) is beneficial.
• Strong German language skills; basic English skills are optional.
• Class B driving license.
• Professional appearance.
• Customer-friendly and able to work independently.
