Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for a 360 Recruitment Consultant for our award winning branch in Wolverhampton.

• Competitive salary depending on experience
• Permanent role
• 8am till 5pm Monday to Friday
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays (33 in total)

We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Wolverhampton office. Whether you are an established 360 Consultant looking for a new challenge or a Trainee Consultant ready to take on the next step, gap personnel can provide you with the tools you need to be successful.

Your Responsibilities:

• Support the branch in achieving budgeted and non-financial targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Generate new business through cold calling
• Arrange and attend new client visits
• Manage and improve service levels for client accounts
• Achieve agreed targets, both financial and non-financial
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation

Your Experience:

• Proven track record of growing and retaining business
• Experience in developing team members
• Good knowledge of the recruitment market in West Midlands
• Ability to attract and recruit candidates to meet client needs
• Experience of managing clients
• Proven success in winning new business
