Key Responsibilities:

1. Search for and engage with 'HOT' candidates who are actively seeking a new role
2. Marketing candidates to clients to available job opportunities
3. Keep 'HOT' candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process
4. Build and maintain strong meaningful relationships with clients and future clients
5. Win new job opportunities from existing and new clients
6. Negotiate business terms with new and existing clients

Ideally you will have:

1. Sales experience (Ideally in a target driven environment)
2. Previous customer service experience
3. Experience in a recruitment background would be an advantage
