Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Level 2 Support - Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Network Monitoring - Proactively monitor network performance and security.
• Troubleshooting & Maintenance - Identify, diagnose, and resolve network faults.
• Operations & Configuration - Manage network infrastructure and apply necessary configurations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Juniper Routing & Switching - Hands-on experience in network support and troubleshooting.
• Checkpoint Firewalls - Experience with policy management and security configurations.
• Cisco Wireless APs - Strong understanding of deployment and optimization.
• Proven ability to support and maintain enterprise network environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to network operations.
