The leading consultancy firm is looking for a skilled CDE/BIM Architect to join the team for an initial 6-month contract - strong potential for extension, with the rate signed off inside IR35. Additionally, this role offers a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the design and implementation of CDE/BIM architectures and services, ensuring seamless integration with platforms such as AutoDesk Construction Cloud.
• Manage BIM model integration, perform clash detection using tools like Navisworks or BIM 360, and resolve conflicts between disciplines.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEPs) in alignment with industry standards (eg, ISO 19650).
• Set up and maintain a Common Data Environment (such as AutoDesk Construction Cloud) to ensure smooth collaboration and data sharing across project teams.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience in designing and implementing CDE/BIM architectures and services, specifically with platforms like AutoDesk Construction Cloud.
• Deep expertise in solution design and architecture, including the application of standard architectures and patterns in various hosting environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
