ABAKUS IT-Solutions - Cloud Solution Architect

As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be a key player in our architecture team, collaborating with top experts in cloud platforms, infrastructure technologies, and enterprise applications. Your mission will be to design and implement robust, scalable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to our clients' needs.

Key responsibilities

• Client Collaboration: Understand business and technical needs, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Solution Architecture: Design and implement enterprise and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP, on-premise solutions).
• Cloud Strategy: Guide cloud adoption, migration strategies, and infrastructure modernization.
• Application & Integration Design: Develop scalable, secure, and resilient architectures leveraging MicroServices, containerization, API management, and messaging platforms.
• Cost Optimization: Design cost-effective solutions ensuring high performance and security.
• Technical Leadership: Provide expertise and mentorship to engineering teams and act as an escalation point for complex technical challenges.
• Implementation Oversight: Ensure smooth project execution throughout the implementation cycle.
• Technology Awareness: Stay up to date with cloud trends and innovations, sharing knowledge within the team.

Required skills & experience

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or senior technical role in cloud and enterprise IT environments.
• Expertise in designing complex enterprise solutions integrating cloud platforms, infrastructure, and integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP in hybrid environments.
• Solid background in networking, security, Storage, and Virtualization.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with Java application servers (e.g., WebLogic) and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in container technologies (Docker, OCI-compliant engines, Kubernetes, GitOps).
• Strong exposure to Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Deep understanding of enterprise integration frameworks, API management, and messaging platforms.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
