Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (PO) with solid knowledge of both the banking and fraud domains to reinforce one of the fraud squads.

Function description
As a Fraud Product Owner (PO), your key responsibilities will be to
  • Manage relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
  • Handle the intake of new requests, clarify high-level needs, and draft key functional specifications in collaboration with relevant experts (business analysts, architects, developers, etc.).
  • Build and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.
  • Assist the squad with refinement activities to help them progress autonomously while maintaining strategic alignment.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to monitor delivery progress and organize Agile ceremonies.
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure legal, risk, compliance, and group guidelines are integrated into the design and delivery of solutions.

Profile and requirements
Agile requirements:

Language requirements:
  • French or Dutch: Proficiency in at least one local language

  • Certification in Agile or Project Management
Experience & knowledge:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner in the banking and fraud domains
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and project management
Technical skills: Ability to participate in technical and functional discussions
Soft skills:
  • Strategic vision and the ability to take a helicopter view
  • Analytical and structured mindset
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Detail-oriented and quality-driven
