Salary: £12.82 - £12.83 per hour (depending on experience)
Start: Easter 2025
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Part Time can also be arranged for the right candidate)

As an Academic Support for Primary, you will:

1. Support teachers in the planning and delivery of dynamic and engaging lessons.
2. Offer individualised assistance to students, aiding them in understanding complex concepts and achieving academic excellence.
3. Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment, promoting student participation and collaboration.
4. Collaborate with colleagues to create innovative teaching strategies and resources.
5. Contribute to the holistic development of students by nurturing their social and emotional well-being.
6. Gain valuable hands-on experience in a lively educational setting, ideal for those aspiring to become teachers.

Requirements for Academic Support for Primary role:

1. Be proactive, energetic, kind, and caring towards students.
2. Flexibility to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
4. A fully checkable work history.
5. An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to go through the process with us).
6. SEN experience is a bonus.
