Job Description: The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. This hybrid role requires a strong grasp of account management, marketing execution, and business development, making it ideal for someone who wants to take their career to the next level within a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring long-term relationship management and satisfaction.
• Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
• Work with internal teams to ensure marketing campaigns are executed effectively and meet client objectives.
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise results.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring smooth execution.
• Provide clients with regular performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
• Support new business pitches by developing tailored marketing strategies for potential clients.
• Keep up with industry trends to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Maintain accurate records and track progress using CRM and project management tools.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, account management, or a client-facing marketing position (preferably within an agency setting).
• Demonstrated ability to oversee client accounts, coordinate project execution, and analyse performance data to drive success.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ensuring effective client engagement and long-term partnerships.
• In-depth understanding of SEO, paid media (PPC), social media strategies, content marketing, and data analytics tools.
• A strong track record of developing client strategies, executing marketing initiatives, and contributing to business growth.
• Highly skilled in communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution, ensuring smooth collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
• Familiarity with The Built Environment sector (construction, architecture, real estate, or engineering) is advantageous.
