This role involves working closely with the Group Account Director and Account Director, as well as wider agency teams, supporting high-profile international clients across financial services, logistics, manufacturing and technology sectors.


Key Responsibilities Client & Account Support
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and campaign execution.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing campaigns across social, print, and digital media.
  • Compile status and contact reports to keep teams and clients aligned on project progress.
  • Conduct competitive research and contribute insights to inform campaign strategies.
Project & Campaign Coordination
  • Support the full creative briefing process from ideation to production, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate between internal teams (creative, media, production) to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all campaign materials adhere to client brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with proofreading and quality control before final delivery.
Media & Campaign Management
  • Liaise with internal teams on media opportunities across print, digital, and social channels.
  • Assist with media planning and tracking campaign performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date and consistent media plans across client accounts.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

You will have;

  • Passionate about marketing, communications and building relationships.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft; Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • A proven understanding of the marketing mix gained through work / education.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • High level of numerical and spreadsheet skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills (internal and external).
