Description Who would suit this role:
Within 6 months: You'll be fully ramped up, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You'll contribute to shaping our sales strategy, upselling and cross-selling to clients, and working closely with other teams to share customer insights that help improve our product.
Long term: You'll be a trusted advisor to clients, staying ahead of market trends and identifying new opportunities. As the business grows, you'll have the chance to shape your role, whether that's expanding into partnerships, leading events, or stepping into leadership. What's on offer:

Description Who would suit this role:
- You have strong B2B sales experience, confidently managing the full sales cycle and closing deals - ideally with C-level execs or public companies.
- You're proactive and self-sufficient, able to build a pipeline from scratch and drive results without needing constant direction.
- You're genuinely interested in capital markets, understanding how businesses grow and having meaningful conversations with clients.
- You adapt quickly, take feedback on board, and are comfortable wearing different hats as the company scales.
- You build relationships easily, thrive on networking, and enjoy representing your company at industry events.
- You prefer a structured corporate sales team with set processes - we're a fast-moving startup, not a big machine.
- You rely on a dedicated SDR team to fill your pipeline. Here, you'll own the full sales cycle, including prospecting.
- You're looking for a remote or hybrid role - we're in the office five days a week in Farringdon.
- You need constant guidance - after your ramp-up, we expect you to take initiative and solve problems independently.

- 4th Stage: Meet the Team - we're a tight-knit, social bunch, so we'll invite you for lunch.
- Final Video Call: with our CEO-Founders in AUS (Rhys and Ben). 30-45 mins max.
