The Opportunity

As an Incode sales expert, you'll help the largest companies in the world reduce cyber fraud and enhance identity verification experiences. Be ready to develop deeper relationships with our existing customers and to attract new large enterprises. You're in for a lot of fun!

The B2B Account Executive requires prospecting, customer developing, and a track record of closing new businesses in the region. We're on the lookout for a team player with a deep drive to sell the products they work on; a software engineering background is a nice-to-have. You will be taking ownership of the entire sales pipeline and processes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise companies but also understand the hands-on culture of a startup sales organization. Ideally, your product sales experience focuses on complex, high-end technical solutions. Experience selling biometrics or AI solutions, nurturing leads, and engaging teams across departments (product, tech, business, and compliance) are great to have. We are currently focused on several sales verticals such as Banking, Telco, Insurance, Retail, Crypto, and Gaming; hence, special industry expertise in any of these is highly desired. You can contribute to achieving our sales KPIs with the revenue that you bring to the table and keep our current customers happy.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Assist in building and managing a pipeline for the current and future quarters.
  • Conduct research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Help create compelling proposals and business cases for potential clients.
  • Support negotiations and maintain accurate records of sales interactions in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales activities and provide after-sales assistance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, Incode products, and competitive offerings to contribute to customer conversations.
  • Participate in team meetings and sales training to build your skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of outstanding results selling SaaS/AI Solutions to customers.
  • Experience working with large customers to deliver an integrated, end-to-end approach.
  • Conceptual understanding of APIs, AI, Webhooks, SDKs, SaaS, and biometrics technologies preferred.
  • Prior experience in a startup technology company.
  • Experience selling to Crypto and Fintech industries.
  • Up-to-date on digital and enterprise technology trends and regulatory changes.
  • Outstanding CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) knowledge is a plus.
  • Confident and polished communicator who is able to build strong and lasting working relationships.
  • Top-notch negotiation skills.
  • Motivated by success and a target-driven sales environment, managing your own accounts.
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify the decision-makers and the decision-making process with proven experience reducing decision time.
