The role in a nutshell

Our mission is to be the most progressive networked agency in the market, a home to fresh and diverse talent.

We're looking for a brilliant Account Manager to join us on this journey in our core PR team, working solely on a consumer tech client.

Responsibilities

Key Skills & Responsibilities

  1. You will be responsible for managing the account, working alongside your Account Director to deliver results.
  2. Be passionate about the tech industry, specifically phones and wearables, with an opinion on the latest trends, proactively sharing coverage and creative opportunities.
  3. Drive coverage for a consumer tech account, ensuring measurement and coverage updates are clear and match the KPIs of the client.
  4. Support the Account Director and share strategic dialogue with clients to influence the quality of stories and coverage delivered.
  5. Identify, plan and help secure coverage opportunities amongst top tier media, and engage KOLs.
  6. Excited and experienced at developing and managing multiple campaigns with fresh ideas that will challenge our clients & ourselves to deliver bold creative thinking.
  7. Contribute to the development of media angles and creative opportunities.
  8. Coach and mentor Account Executives in building skills that deliver and spot coverage opportunities.
  9. Enrich and be part of the culture across the team and agency.
Qualifications

Attributes & Qualities

  1. Experience in the world of tech communications - with strong tech and consumer tech media contacts.
  2. Experience in managing multiple workstreams.
  3. Experience working into product review programmes, working with the Account Director.
  4. Confident and passionate in sharing your views; you'll be a team player and able to listen and take on board the views of others.
  5. Organised, making positive things happen to help maintain the press office.
  6. Inventive and creative - coming up with new ideas and not relying on the creative department.
  7. A natural problem solver - someone who runs towards the fire, rather than away from it.
  8. Confident communicator and presenter, with a proven track record in sharing results and vocalising creative ideas.
