Our client, a well-established recruitment consultancy, is seeking a passionate Accounts and Finance Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team in Brierley Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact within a dynamic recruitment organisation.

Position Overview

As an Accounts and Finance Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in connecting top-tier financial talent with exceptional organisations. Your expertise will be instrumental in understanding client needs, sourcing outstanding candidates, and building a robust network within the Accounts and Finance sector. By leveraging your industry knowledge and recruitment skills, you will contribute to the success of both clients and candidates.

Client base is a mix of Industry and Practice businesses, so QBE roles, part qualified and qualified.

This is a warm perm desk that has been built up over the last 2 years, roughly capable of billing £100k + on the existing client base plus whatever you can bring to the table.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain a strong network of Accounts and Finance professionals.
2. Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments.
3. Build and nurture relationships with both client organisations and potential candidates.
4. Identify and attract top talent in the Accounts and Finance sector.
5. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial screening to successful placement.
6. Provide market insights and salary benchmarking for Accounts and Finance roles.

Office based. Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Mon to Thu / 8am - 3.30pm Friday's, with a 45 min lunch Mon - Thu, and 30 mins on a Fri.

Qualifications Requirements

1. Previous experience in recruitment within the Accounts and Finance sector.
2. Candidates must have a full driving licence.
3. Strong understanding of Accounts and Finance job markets and industry trends.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proven track record of successful candidate placements.
6. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
7. Sales-driven approach with strong negotiation skills.
8. Degree or relevant professional qualification preferred.
