Accounts Payable - Monaco

Fundamental Hospitality is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Accountant to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco.

Main Responsibilities:

Accounts Payable Management:

• Receive, verify, and record supplier invoices in the accounting system.
• Monitor and manage the invoice flow across departments.
• Prepare payment schedules, execute payments, and reconcile supplier accounts.
• Communicate with suppliers to resolve discrepancies and handle disputes.

General Accounting Support:

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Contribute to account reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
• Support in preparing financial reports and analysis.

Document Management and Archiving:

• Implement and maintain a structured filing and archiving system for financial documents.
• Ensure quick and efficient access to records when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the hospitality industry.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly accounts payable.
• Proficient in Mircosoft Office softwares.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
