The Role:

• Advise on a broad range of complex, high-value finance matters with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance
• Work with private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and real estate investors on UK and cross-border transactions
• Support senior team members in business development initiatives and the growth of the financial services practice
• Collaborate across departments including tax, funds, and corporate for multi-disciplinary deals

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE and strong experience in leveraged finance
• Previous experience in a well-regarded City, US, or international firm
• Confident managing client relationships and taking on responsibility in transactions
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and drafting skills
