The Local Authority is looking for a talented Surveyor to join their acquisitions and disposals programme, driving strategic property development initiatives and maximising the value of their land holdings.

Your new role

As an Acquisitions & Disposals Surveyor, you will play a key role in the acquisition and disposal of properties, contributing to the Council's strategic objectives. Your expertise will help to identify and secure development opportunities, maximising the value of the local authority assets, and ensuring compliance is upheld with relevant regulations.

Experience in property acquisition and disposal within a local authority or public sector.

Strong understanding of commercial principles and property market dynamics.

Proven ability to conduct complex valuations and market appraisals.

What you'll need to succeed

Member or Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent.
Local Authority experience in a similar role.
