The sales Operations analyst will be part of a team who belongs to our Material and Structural Analysis Division and supports the worldwide Software Business Unit. The role is based in Bordeaux, France, Software Center of Excellence. The Materials and Structural Analysis Electron Microscopy (EM) business enables customers to find meaningful answers to questions that accelerate breakthrough discoveries, increase efficiency, and ultimately change the world. The EM business designs, manufactures, and supports the broadest range of high-performance microscopy workflows that provide images and answers in the micro-, nano-, and picometer scales.
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and meticulous Order Processing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various tasks related to customer order processing, contract management, and CRM updates. This role is needed for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Handle processing, recording, delivery, and invoicing of customer orders for maintenance renewals, rentals, and new licenses.
- Contract Validation: Ensure all contractual documents are validated and accurate.
- CRM Updates: Maintain and update CRM with current information.
- Document Management: Archive commercial contracts and customer files systematically.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of existing processes for greater efficiency.
- Commercial Proposals: Assist in the preparation of commercial proposals for maintenance renewals and rentals.
- Data Reporting: Participate in reporting and data validation to ensure data reliability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in excel
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good level in english (written and oral)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales, order and invoicing processes.
- Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills for data reporting and validation.
Location: Bordeaux, France (no remote)
