Job Description
Administrator Scanning and filing documents (this will be a large part of the role) Acting as a point of contact for general queries and assisting with day-to-day tasks Helping maintain the company mailbox Assisting with the onboarding process, including preparing documents and managing new joiner information Managing the offboarding process, including preparing letters and updating systems Other ad-hoc administrative duties assisting various departments What you'll need to succeed
Youwill need to have good knowledge of general administration and experienceworking in an administrative role. You must have strong IT skills with verygood knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. You must behighly organised, have good attention to detail, have strong interpersonalskills and demonstrate good team work and problem solving skills.
